I think if Des has Napiers success along with the raises and bonuses that comes with that he would be perfectly content right here. He is at home making more money than he ever dreamed of when he got into the coaching profession at his high school alma mater and then later Accession Episcopal.

Remind us what Napier was paid in year 1 plus incentives and how that changed in years 2 & 3 based on his success.
