Dr Maggard should proceed forward full speed ahead. Student numbers at the game were all the proof he needs that he did the right thing.
The article that was written has no basis in reality. Frankly, I feel sorry for her.
Her original intent (taking liberties here) 'Some (3) didn't have fun' is no big deal. Extrapolating it into some bigger picture is where she went tangent. Common media tactic these days; making more of a situation than what it is.
Jonathan Stove was right (taking liberties here) 'Fun is what YOU make it.'
The guy who goes to the dance and stands in a corner, asks no one to dance and doesn't interreact is correct. 'HE didn't have fun.'
The wall could be right next to the dance floor (tailgating right next to the field) it is up to each individual to make the best of any situation.

Look very closely and you will find her following on Social Media is mostly her friends, which hardly represents any diverse group of opinions. She had a right to write the article but it is factually inaccurate. She does not have a right to her own truth. That my problem.
