Half the time at games I'm either getting a buzz, checking out the ladies, heading to or from the bathroom and concessions. And when I'm not at the game, I've probably been doing something at my job that has nothing to do with college football, while our coaches were. I decided mid way through last season that I'm less qualified to coach our football team than our coaches are. Besides, I was under the influence of beer (several) during most of my team observations.
Am I on to something, Mike? Is my casual fan observation really placing me behind career coaches in my knowledge of who should play and how?
