Let's just say, if they did their job in recruiting, and they brought in QB's that they think can perform, then let's get them experience. Levi does what Levi has been doing, I saw nothing different yesterday than last year. Good guy I'm sure, but we need more at the QB position.

I did. He did well on some of those for sure.

The reason I'm willing to go with the coaches decision is A) I feel this staff is highly credible in their ability to judge where players are currently in the program. Because players have talent doesn't mean they are ready to step in and help us win. B) Levi played last year because the staff felt he could add something to the game to help us put points on the board and they were right. I'm not in favor of playing guys in meaningful moments of the game for which they may not be ready for. Doesn't mean they can't be the guy next year but they may not currently be ready. In other words, playing them in a close game may hurt us more than help us.

I understand your position. Good response.

He's at fault for 2, the forward pass was dropped and wasn't too low like I thought from the stands and the drop behind the line was the fault of the running back running in to his arm. I'm may be wrong, but I know only blame him for 2.

First pass of the year should be erased from any analysis.

But not if it was a TD, right? It was a horrible decision to throw that pass. He had a good 15 yards of open field to run.
Let's hope he learns from that mistake and starts to take what's given.

The first pass of the year was on the receiver. He did not run the right route which was designed to bring the corner with him. If he does it right, it's a big gain. The receiver, let's say, had a tough film session Monday.

Its not erased from the record books just the analysis.

I would exclude a TD on the first play of the game from any analysis.

Major YAC would probably be involved.

Put your protective gear on, Willis...this will be considered an excuse by most...but I personally appreciate some truth...
