Houston Texans deal Babin for Seattles Boulware as starter CC Brown has been playing with a bruised shoulder. The Giants are looking for a reliable long snapper and one of the guys they brought in on Tuesday was William Delahoussaye of the University of Louisiana. Elvis Joseph a former UL and Southern running back who played pro ball for the NFL Jaguars is now the running backs coach for the Southern Jaguars.

  L-Kings Notes: The LumberKings, in conjunction with the Texas Rangers, announced their 25-man roster for the opening round of the playoffs.

Right-hander Andrew Laughter has been promoted from short-season Spokane, whose season ended Monday.

Laughter, 22, was the Rangers’ 10th-round pick this June out of the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. The former Cajun hurler went 0-1 with a 2.03 ERA and 11 saves in 13 opportunities with Spokane, striking out 32 while walking only four over 31.0 innings. Link

I also noted that "University of Louisiana" graded out at 0.91, second from the bottom. Upon further review, I noticed that it was University of Louisiana at Monroe.
