Corey Coles was thrown out of the game after taking two called strikes on the outside corner of the plate with two outs in the fifth. After sharing some words with home plate umpire Chris Bakke, Coles took his time getting back into the batter's box and ignored a warning by the umpire. Bakke told Coles to get back in the box and pointed to McNiven to pitch. After manager Mako Olivares joined the argument, Coles fired his helmet into the dirt and was promptly ejected by Bakke link

ps the final pitch was never thrown.
