 Phillip Hawke, who was hitting just .188 in the postseason, crushed a 2-and-0 pitch over the right-field fence for a three-run, game-tying homer that brought the crowd of 1,291 to its feet.
"When I got to the 2-and-0 count, I figured there's no reason I should get cheated on a fastball," Hawke said. "I was going to come out of my shoes (swinging), and I was lucky enough to barrel it up."
The ThunderBolts, who went down in order in the bottom of the 10th, remain confident they can reel off three straight wins.
