what killed him was an impatient coach sitting in the dugout..as a player you cannot perform at your best under those circumstances..knowing that if you have a bad inning or two or a bad outing or two you are going to be buried on the bench(like Osborne was)..Any player will tell you that,even at the big league level..Nothing against Fuse but we had a 3-4 week stretch early in our season where Fuse was our Friday night guy,Osborne was our mop-up guy after being demoted,Robe couldn't pitch because he developed tendonitis after pitching 5 innings in relief in the cool weather in the opening game against Nebraska and neither Cook or Wilborn were in the week-end rotation..In a nutshell Robe totally panicked 3 weeks into the season and totally blew-up our weekend rotation and as many players have told me because of this it probably cost our team 5-7 wins during the season..
