Can we convince Naiper to use his Florida buyout, to buyout Des and come back and coach?

Napier is no more the solution as Des is the problem - sorry folks
We can't, we will not, and we should not fire CMD this year.
Now, should he consider changing some staff and player personnel.
Hmmm.....tell me they were using extra coaches without telling me.... Before the rule change: Analysts were restricted from giving direct coaching to players during practices and games, and they could not participate in on-field instruction. Their role was limited to behind-the-scenes work like film breakdown and strategy
Not even "consider"? This program has overall been a train wreck with Des in charge. If you can find the money for a buyout it should be a no-brainer to move on. Considering should be automatic at this point.
ETA: Player personnel and assistants are the least of your worries when the head coach is the main problem.
They won't do it. They are going to give him until the absolute last opportunity to pull something out before they get rid of him. They went all in with Des once Napier was leaving and didn't even conduct a legit search. They wanted the local guy who was well liked by the players to take the remaining players left behind and continue the success but as we've seen that harder than it appears.
As bad as it is this year I'm really concerned about next year. We lose a TON of seniors who were starters or major contributors on the two deep and I'm skeptical that Des can adequately replace those guys. What happens with our top two backs? Do they transfer out? They are really our only big play ability at this point. There are so many questions even heading into next year its frightening.
