But right at this moment he is being paid a around $450,000 per win.

I can understand the Dez hire as a shot to see if it helped keep players here, and some coaches. But it didn’t.

That said, what I can’t understand is why we ever allowed a buyout in his contract. Whomever agreed to that is a damn moron. Dez wasn’t going to turn down the job buyout or not.

Des must go. I am on board with getting rid of him. We just don't have the money to buy him out. Honestly wish he would do the right thing and just step aside and go back to coaching high school where he belongs. He is obviously not cut out to be a College Head Coach. There are so many good head coaches right now on the market that could re build this thing. A new HC can re build a team in one year nowadays. Look at USM.
