He’s not wrong. Everything he is saying is correct.

We can’t win with his leadership as a coach. It’s been proven.

It’s definitely time for Des to go. He never should have been hired as head coach. He’s an adequate assistant coach, but doesn’t have leadership qualities.

We are a bad football team. If some of you posters here can't see that, you are not really a football fan, you are just a Ragin Cajun Cheerleader. Which I'm not really knocking because we need those, but when you people post here that we are good in certain areas and what plays out is something totally different, then you lose credibility on knowing anything about football.

Wanted Dez to do well and WIN, but this coach and his staff are not going to make us a dominant force in the SBC. I see no making these players better, no teaching them to excel at their position. I see FCS talent , except for our running backs.

Nobody is going to be a dominant force in the SBC. Why cant you guys figure that out? The best teams will be the ones who manage to fill out a roster with upper classmen who manage to sneak thru the portal or NIL window, and their coach will be one good season away from a promotion.

This is G5 football. A revolving door of players and coaches to feed the Haves in perpetuity

The same will happen (has really already happened) with baseball, softball, etc.
