While I prefer 2 and read that MD likes the idea of two, I'm working under the artifical constraints of not being able to handle two P4's a year.
It is definitely a long term investment.
In those years you are not having to buy a Nicholls or McNeese so the financial gap is lessened.
Besides more season tickets being sold, attendance increases, so the gap is lessoned even more.
Long term fans are created so the payoff continues for years to come.
I have no idea at what point it equalizes or exceeds the potentially missed payday, but I have no doubt it is the path to take to grow interest in the program.
Grow interest, grow money.
