It didn't take Coach White long to get his staff in place.

This is a very critical time for ncaa softball off-season. Not having your staff in place is now, it's not a good look. Apparently we had 4 to 5 visits last week and none signed, that we know about. Did lack of a pitching and hitting coach play a part? Don't think these visits were uninvited so as supporter, NIL giver and with annual donations to this program, I'm worried!
I know nothing of the situation but is it possible the new coaches have been identified and just (because of reasons given) they can’t be announced yet, or be on campus?

And maybe the Wheeler kid would rather go elsewhere than stay with the new pitching coach hire.

    Is any of that possible?

Sure it is and I hope you're right!

We need to be patient and trust the coaching staff. It will not be an easy fix. Habetz has plenty of contacts.

If they are hired and can't be publicly announced or identified then how about this. We have hired someone for the position of _______ pending approval. At this time we can't release the name, but once it becomes official we will put out a release. That's proper communication without saying who they hire.

These two coaches have a ton on their plate. Once someone is hired it should relive them of some duties. Alone with what ever their normal day to day duties are they are also trying to build a schedule, interview and hire two coaches, identify potential players from the portal that can help the teams needs, host transfer visits, recruit future players, etc. Hopefully they get some relief soon.

The Cajuns have hosted a player that will also visit ULM and LA Tech. If she signs with one of those schools and not the Cajuns that would be a huge disappointment.

Maybe they can’t say that because the job is “supposed to be posted and open” for X amount of days. Again, I know nothing about this situation, just giving possibilities as to why the situation may be what it is.

If that's the case then the situation is hurting the program big time.

Here's the patience argument again. Time is running out. Action needs to be taken now.

On this year board folks were mentioning who was going to be on Coach White staff a week before it was publicly released.
