I also find it comical when reading, the amount of comments claiming to "know" that really have no clue or a very small portion of the truth. I will also add, as being someone that really is in the know most of the time regarding softball, JMV is the most accurate with his inside info into the program. LOL
Tbh I'm not what I would call a true insider. I am a huge fan who just so happens to know all right people and they have the most information. The key to everything is trust and I never give up my sources.

We were talking about 2024 season not 2025 season.

I’m thinking we should get a lot of info by July 1st or on July 1st for assistant coaches.

That's a great plan. Let the good coaches get jobs elsewhere while we wait.

As with every program at UL we need more folks to open their wallets. UL try to get the same folks that give too just give more. They have to figure out a way to cultivate new fans and new money.

Look, nothing is stopping anyone from giving money. I do agree many of the same people have paved the way in funding these programs. If Southern Miss can raise $400K for baseball and other programs are raising money for softball like James Madison, fans need to step up. This board provides people the opportunity to express their concerns as cost continue to rise for supporters. But let's be clear, the results this summer are crystal clear, NIL money is needed to move back to the top of SBC. If you have tickets in multiple sports, you have probably received emails or letters requesting donations.

He's back from what I've recently heard.

I get what you are saying. I'm just saying fresh blood is needed to provide more $$$. Also I am tired of hearing about NIL. I was standing next to a member on this site and we were talking to Coach Aly. This gentleman offered a good amount of money as a donation to the program. He asked Coach where she wanted the donation and she said not towards NIL please donate it to the Center Field Club that way I can use it anyway that I see needed.

Is this the second Cajun softball coach that Landry double-crossed? If I remember correctly, she led the mutiny against the coach before Glasco and now has been run off by Habetz for recruiting against UL while still on payroll.
