Thread: Anyone Else Enjoyed All 3 Streamed At ASU Last Weekend?

  1. Default Re: Anyone Else Enjoyed All 3 Streamed At ASU Last Weekend?

This is such a narrow minded thing to say. So many of the fans that pack the park are families with school aged kids, which is what you need to sustain and grow a fanbase; not the retired ages that can can make every game.

Weekday games? I have to wake my kids up at 6:15 for school the next morning, and they aren’t old enough to be left at home alone for three to five hours at a time. Our youngest had surgery the Friday of the Southern Miss series and couldn’t walk up or down stairs for two weeks. I certainly wasn’t going to force him into Russo Park because a true Cajun fan should make it to the games if they live close enough.

Things come up, and it’s not unreasonable to think that a first class program should broadcast their home games. And this is such a weird stance to take from the guy whose job is to give the play by plays for people who aren’t actually at the game.

There was not 1 commercial on last nights broadcast. Not ONE

Last night was an unusual broadcast. We usually do much better. I think they were short staffed.

We sell over 4000 season tickets and the stadium is half empty, $30 isn’t scaring anybody away.

Right…really though it’s hard to get my azz to the game when I’m 500 miles away. Anyway, looking forward to listening to Jay and silent bob tonight

    4000 season tickets?...

    Raise ticket prices .25
    25 ¢ents

Use the money to hire 2 media advertising specialists.

Repeat: Hire two advertising salesmen women or men.

Create a client long tail advertising advantage by publishing the games to YouTube.

Create passive income for the broadcasts by monitizing YouTube views.

I think YouTube requires 4,000 subscriptions and a certain amout of historical views before thestart paying.

It shouldn't be hard to get the 4,000 season ticket holders to go subscribe.

There is no reason every game can't be viewed online.

Guys, we’ve got a winning percentage of 57% and an empty stadium on game days.

Why in the world would we want to change anything?? Life is great.
