Tickets Anyone Else Enjoyed All 3 Streamed At ASU Last Weekend?

Or maybe all 3 at Troy. Or looking forward to all 3 at Tx St? Well we are back home now and if you are like me and have to be out of town you are SOL, because all Louisiana will stream is Thursday. That’s right the school who likes to be perceived in the upper echelon of the sunbelt. Just freaking 1 this weekend, un-freaking believable. Way to be on the cutting edge and a sunbelt leader. Congratulations.

I wish none of the home games would be broadcasted. Get to the stadium if you want to see it.

As he mentioned, he will be out of town…

There are also many alums that live out of state that would love to follow the team more closely. Streaming the games helps keep more of our alumni base engaged.

True and keeps more of the casual fans at home.

And thus creates a net loss in revenue for Louisiana.

I have always said you can't duplicate live action.

    I agree.
It’s always best to keep the 900 fans in-person feeling superior.

I don’t know. I think people that want to go to the game are going to go to the game, streamed or not. I doubt there are many that are going to go because theres no stream. I’m guessing that if its not streamed, they will just either listen to the radio broadcast or follow the live stats

Folks that are fans and aren’t able to go to the game and cant watch is a different story.

Which reminds me to remind others to cancel the monthly CUSA TV subscription you got to watch UL at LA Tech.

    LOL. Yep

The worst part about it is that the 2 game Rice series is just a couple of days outside of that monthly subscription.

Tough to get to the Tigue when you live in Dallas. It just sucks to see other schools with supposedly much less resources, fan base, tradition, etc. broadcast complete series, when we can’t. I’d understand if it was still 2015, but it’s not. Everyone has caught up to ESPN+ and we are falling behind

Football coaches have always said they would play in Siberia at 2am to get their product out on the airwaves into the public’s living rooms. And you are saying you wish our university wouldn’t show off our great facility and atmosphere to the world. A relatively cheep 3 plus hour commercial. Very small way of thinking. The broadcast isn’t for the locals.
