Should Beer be sold at The Swamp?

_ That is a pretty sad commentary on our program if selling beer is what we have to do to get attendance up.

I attend games with my kids and grandkids and, as it is, have to ask enough people to not curse around them. And, of course, those who are doing the cursing have slipped alcohol in.

How about we try to get attendance up 25% by WINNING? _

I am not trying to take up for people who curse or anything like that, but it is their right to say what they want to say. Now on the other hand they should repect the other people around them and be concious of their enviroment.

I tend to curse a lot due to working full time in the military but I am also always concious of who is around me and try not to do so while around kids.

We have tried winning for 100 years and it hasnt worked out so well for us, so I think it is time we look at other oppertunities. LIKE BEER! HOORAY BEER!

There are a lot of people that bring alcohol into the game anyway so why not just make a profit off of it. It would also boost attendance as it has been previously discussed. I voted yes and have been hoping they start selling beer in the stadium for some time now!!

Why should a college football game be different than any other event. I drank a few dome foams when we beat Tulane. They do it every Sunday across the NFL. You could even limit the number of beers a person could have with some sort of punch card system.

We can't have beer sales because of the new field.....it's so purty fans would
be peeing on themselves left and right .

Is there not a NCAA rule that forbids any type of booze being sold at a game? If not then it is stupid not to do it at Cajun Field. It would help with attendance.
