It's about time! This should have been done years ago!
No more worrying about those UL cops as we sip a few cold ones!

Yup. I was told by our director at band camp. We have to change the Ragin' March because of it. We won't be playing at the top of the hill anymore (something we wanted to stop doing anyway.) because that's where they're going to be selling the beer. Above the tunnel like. That's what I heard, now whether that ends up being how it is or not is unknown to me.
RCAF is coming up with another fund raising mechanism that ties into the beer sales... for the high flying members... a beer and urinal plumbing system will be piped into your seat... separate piping costs extra.
I like the beer sales... but also hope it doesn't create behavioral problems at the games... like missed high fives and spillage.
I don't know if I'll be in the minority on this one but I'm against the selling of beer at the games.
Of course the main problem will be behavior. Most will have been drinking all day already to couple that with the warm draft they will be served. It is a recipe for disaster. More littering of the stadium, a horrible beer stench making its way through all the seats and bathrooms may actually be even worse than they are right now. For the money generated, I don't think it is a good idea. You couple all of those things with the heat and I'd rather not go there.
