Well we need to gear it more for the casual fans who just want to have fun, and enjoy the cULture. Make it where they can enjoy a drink, mingling with fans, and having a burger before the game, and watching a football game on the big screen before the game, and they will stay in the stadium for the game. Plus students would want to just come in and hang out enjoy themselves before the game as well, and visitors.
What we could do is offer tailgating spots in the NEZ, along with the Parish Terrace but that all needs to be kept in the NEZ, but keep the rest open to the public to come in and enjoy themselves.

Of course, redesign the stadium with suites, have the band learn a few more 'in between play' songs so we don't have to listen to that same sucky tune like 100 times. A/C the bathrooms so there won't be a slipping hazard with all of the humidity on the floor. Adjust the PA level to prevent hearing impairment. Oh, and above all, schedule more big name schools at home if that's possible. Oh, and Advertise the RCAF more. I've never seen one TV commercial that I can remember
