Lott is an anomaly. Picked in the draft. He was pretty good last year with like a .260 average. From what I hear he hit well in summer. Now he’s a strike out waiting to happen each time.

If he could hit .260 he would never leave the lineup. The poor kid looks lost. I feel bad for him.

JT ruined him when he started tinkering with his swing. He ruined mentally when he started him out of the gate and then yanked him from the lineup after a few bad games. Kid was hitting .300 as a true freshmen.

If Lott was even touching .200 and had a couple of homers he’d earn a spot in the everyday lineup.

Hard to get a spot in the lineup when he’s getting yanked in and out of the lineup, even after a decent few weeks.
