I think you give him a competitive base and then load that puppy with incentives.. I'd even include $500k for an Access Bowl birth. $150k for a conference championship. Bonus for top 50 recruiting class. Bonus for graduation and APR achievements. Bonus for leading the SBC and G5 in attendance. Bonus for BEATING LA TECH. BONUS FOR BEATING P5.

I like that Sumlin has solid ties with IMG academy. That place is stealing talent from all over the country and it's a major 4-5 star recruit depot. Not to mention the probable 3 star rest of their team who is up for grabs. Sumlin got mond, the quarterback from A&M last year out of IMG and shae Patterson went From Louisiana to there as well.

Sumlin would be a homerun hire, but aren’t his defenses alway bad, even going back to his UH days? Our defense was atrocious this year and have almost zero team speed coming back. Just a concern if this happened.
