Who is your ideal quarterback, usain bolt? It seems as though from what I've read from you faster and more elusive equals better. I'm really honestly curious where you believe the importance of passing lies. Nevertheless yet again the point will be proven that the passer matters more than the runner. Ole miss will stack the box and he will suffocate if he can't throw. My bet is he won't clear 50 on the ground. He got away with two picks last game. Again not saying he won't be good with time, but he needs to be given time to mature and play to become a true dual threat. Let the kid learn hud.

And those defenses will now have film to game plan for him as well. I didn't like the second offensive play calling, but South Alabama made adjusts to shut down Ragas. Most of the yards running in the second half were from Lewis making plays with his legs. I don't see our defense shutting down App

You've seen our offensive line, right? Do I need to say anymore about it? I think you can draw conclusions.
Of course he needs time to learn. Let him take some lumps this year. He has a strong arm capable of making any pass. He'll need time to adjust but he has skills you can not coach, like his elusiveness and quick decision making.

I doubt we beat ole miss regardless of game plan. We threw the ball 5 times in the 2nd half, of course they shut down Ragas. We weren't trying to score bc we had a lead and a conservative coach. I expect that approach will change out of necessity when we play the rest of our conference games.

I didn’t watch the game, but I followed on stat mobile. It seems like we left a few TDS on the table, is that right?

We weren't trying to score or they didn't trust him enough yet to open the play book? I think it's a little of both and we can't win those three games without doing both.

Oh no! They can't have it both ways. The whole premise of LL starting was that he knew the playbook better than any QB on the roster. And per LL, he was "the best QB you have here".

The less opponents have on film the better. HUD a genius for sitting on a lead?!? A guy can dream
