Seems as if La Tech will suffer from jet lag on in the middle of the season. I just hope that WAC continues to put teams in BCS bowl games, for the sake of travel budget of the Techsters.
LOUISIANA - UL released its spring football schedule on Friday. Practice times have not been determined, but all weekday practices are expected to be in the afternoon.
The Cajuns open with the first of 14 spring practices on Feb. 22.
They also practice on Feb. 23-25, Feb. 27, Feb. 29, March 1, March 3, March 5, March 7-8, March 10, March 12 and March 14.
The Cajun spring game, which marks the end of the spring season, will be on Saturday, March 15.
The 2008 fall football schedule will be released at the recruiting bash reception at 5 p.m. on Feb. 6 at the Leon Moncla Indoor Practice Facility.
Fans are invited to meet the Cajun coaching staff. The reception is free of charge.

According to Kansas State, the Wildcats will host UL in the season opener on Aug. 30.
Illinois is reporting its home game with the Cajuns will be held on Sept. 13.
There wasn't a starting time given for either game.
UL has not released its 2008 schedule. That will happen during its recruiting bash party on National Signing Day, which is next Wednesday.
