And, to your other point, Yes, the fact that the game is at Yulman with their effed up parking and unsafe situation is going to keep most of the Cajun fans at home.
Beyoncé concert is Sat night in the Superdome. EVERYONE needs to stay away from parking there!!!

    Is it Saturday or Sunday?

If you go early there should be street parking available around Tulane. Remember to obey ALL street signs. Nola Meter Maids are vicious creatures. As for safety, I hear it is all good on gamedays. You have to get near Gertown before it gets dicey. I know there are some large parking garages, but I would imagine they are expensive.
Our group will be taking Uber.

And thus why I started the thread. Trying to figure out where everyone is going...it'll be chaotic.

Is anyone planning to pre-buy a parking pass in one of these lots?

Free parking at Baptist Hospital Jena garage. About a mile from Yleman on Clairborne. Easy bus access.

    Probably St. Charles Ave streetcar.
My apologies for offering info that's too late. But for future reference, whoever said the streetcar is a good option is correct. Pick a spot to park near St. Charles or Carrolton and ride the car to Audobon Park.

If you are parking, it's pretty easy to find if you don't mind walking a half mile to the tailgating area. Nashville Ave. and streets further down river is a good are.

For those wanting a little security, Loyola garage on Freret, Ursiline High School on Claiborne at very convenient sites - parking is $20.

It was a tough game to watch and it could have gone either way.

For you Cajun fans who made the trip, thanks for coming. I hope you had a nice stay. I have had great times visiting Lafayette the two times we've played y'all and sure hope we can schedule each other in the future.

Good luck the rest of the way.

---I am familiar with the Loyola campus--but really didn't realize that the Tulane area next door was that big---Game will go down as one of the greatest no doubt in the rivalry (certainly the longest)As I posted on here your only 2 loses were to undefeated teams---Hope we both go bowling-----Hey wait you don't think a NO Bowl rematch???? Stranger things have happened!!!
