Correct me if I am wrong (Boomer, Bankruptcyman) but the last time we played Tulane "uptown" was Sept. 14, 1974. It was in the old Sugar Bowl. That was Augie's first year. Septien kicked 3 field goals and we led late in the game 16 - 9. Tulane got a dubious interference call late and scored last. Final 17 - 16 Tulane. We shoulda won that game.

History repeats (sort of) UL 17, Tulane 16.
