In order to get a penalty called on you, you have to be in the game. Formerpokebackupcenter, was never on the two deep depth chart, therefore he was never in a game. Appropriately, he "rode the on back" of his team mates.

But I agree with you. Banning somebody who thinks you guys are UL is a bit extreme. I'd rather see the implementation of talk therapy, psychotropic drugs and - in extreme cases - electro-shock therapy.
