Then you're in the neighborhood of $7 million there.
Could be, but the actual amount of the project once Dr Savoie approved the brick façade is supposedly around $17 million. We were all told this during the presentation at the Diamond Club announcement. So even if you buy that explanation, $7 million is not 70% of the total cost of the project.

He will get his stadium. As it was proposed. Seems like most everyone is in agreement in that point....the issue is how it will be funded, and how SF has handled the whole thing.

This project, and Robe and the baseball program, has far too high a profile for it not to go through.

People keep saying that. Though the explanations are hazy on the alternative funding methods. What are they? Do we have 10 mill (or whatever) stashed away? Do we have the ability to borrow that much? Where do we think it will come from? We not including me because I clearly have no idea.

"The budget for the baseball project will not exceed $10 million, Farmer said."

This was published in the advocate by Luke Johnson April 2015

That's over a year ago. You need to believe Robe at diamond club this year.

What I remember was Robe saying they were taking the $1M originally planned for locker room renovations and adding that to the $10M for the stadium allowing them to add some finishing touches. The new locker room would be a separate project down the road a little.

Then again, my wife says I don't hear her all the time so I got that going for me.
