Obviously we upgraded and I'm sure the facility is top notch inside, but this was a long term investment. I don't see us getting a new APC in the next 30 years. I'm pretty sure if we can afford to pay Hud 1 million a year, that we could find the funds to have a brick exterior.

I don't mind the look and think it will look better with signage and landscaping and when Cox is gone. But, don't know why we can't find companies to donate bricks and labor to enhance the look even more if that is needed/desired. Maybe we don't need to raise more funds, just find contractor company donations for work. Between Gerald and Harris, they can get that done. But, there has to be a recognized need first and I'm not sure it is there within the AD's office.

Your whole statement is a lot like your name. The money spent was a maxed out and over budget. The only way they have money to upgrade the exterior facade is to cut back on size, bells, and whistles. Hud had to go out and get the last bit of money for the size and full amminities. Doubt he's getting those dollars for looks instead of needs.
