Cajuns lost by 10 instead of 30.

I don't think we'd have had much of a chance if he wasn't in there. Haack may be the better passer, but the bottom line is we don't have the supporting cast for Haack to succeed.

We don't have the coaches for Haack to succeed.

We really don't know that. The only game we opened up the play book for Haack was Kentucky, and he completed 60% of his passes, even with the 4 or 5 bad drops by our receivers. After that game, every game was played with the middle school passing game that fits Nixon ' s ability, not a full passing package.

It is also worth noting that Haack is a more than adequate runner. He is averaging nearly 6 yards per carry, net.

I'd agree. Just frustrating to watch our beloved cajuns get embarrassed on national tv

If he graduated that's different than a straight transfer so yea.

We will agree to disagree. App State's talent level is not better than ours and they are only in their second year of FCS. We need to improve and can do so with a few winnable games before we play them. No need to fear them.

He can run, no doubt about it but at McGuire's expense so I don't see the big advantage.

100% agree. They are getting much better OL play and QB play.

That's good for a running back. For a QB that can't pass the ball at all...it really doesn't help.
