---You need to take a course in thematic design---You don't have a campus with a recurring look of same brick color and basic designs and then put up a structure resembling a rocket silo of some sort---Damn I will be happy if we can at least get this close to the overall design package of the university and have the 2 leftovers near the new union (which BTW violated the theme) to be gone sparing us of their ugly looks!!! OH ---and so glad the the union blends with the existing beauty of our campus buildings!!!
Fletcher Hall renovations continue. They were working today Sunday Dec 29.
Girard Park Facade.
Another Girard park facade shot.
Parking lot/Garage facade.
Gordon Brooks, Dean of Art and Design, really likes the "design" of Fletcher Hall, and after the renovations, he said it will be much improved functionally while retaining its style ... and I believe he said the courtyard will be open, but the classrooms will be enclosed with a glass hallway. So, you have another who shares your taste.

Now what school is this building located in the country---or is it in the country???
Plenty of inside demo work has been done. I don't have access to that so here are a few photos from the outside.
A view from the construction site access drive. Lewis street is in the far rear and Girard Park is to the left.

helm --I sincerely hope that one day this entire work of yours is captured for Dupre Library to have as a wonderful history of this time in the life of our university----Your work has been a pleasure to follow and will be a treasure for always to see this progress!!!
I totally agree. I really look forward to your updates. Thanks for all your hard work.
