Kudos to Des for recruiting incredible depth on the OL.
Without that depth we definitely would not have won 6.

Here’s the but, he coached us out of 3 wins again this season. It’s a trend that he can’t seem to get over.

I for one do not think Des is the coach for this program. I will give him and his staff credit and the players for finishing the season strong and not quitting. If Des is going to stay he needs to find an OC and let them call plays and let him focus on football things.

We will be fine in the RB department. We have had studs back there since Fenroy. That was quite a long run of good quality RBs.

Has Rob ever actually called plays? He was an OC here at Louisiana and initially at Florida. But we all know that Billy called the plays when he was here and at Florida.

I don't think he has, at least not at Louisiana.

No proof but I feel like Napier calling plays and winning led to Desormeaux taking on the duties.

My gut tells me Desormeaux is on the sidelines under Napier thinking 'I could have done better' in that instance.

Not unlike every person who has ever been a fan of the sport.
