Half of all FBS schools are G5 that will never break into P4 conferences. After 2 G5 schools got into the FBS NC bracket, 2 more deserving P4 schools were left out (ND, Vanderbilt, Bama, Texas) and that will not happen again. Instead of sending only 1 school to play the #1 seed and out, how about a G5 NC?
Just for fun, what would/could a G5 National Championship look like? I propose 16 teams, all seated 1-16, either using bowl games for each round game or play at the higher seeded team's home field. These could be very exciting games with a great national audience. Next year there will be 6 G5 conferences with the PAC 12.
