NIL is more akin to sponsorships which pro players negotiate outside of their deal with the team they play with

You can still tell the portal admin clerk whenever you want, just other teams dont officially find out until window opens. But we know some are finding out ahead of time rwgardless

I like that..... but eventually the redsox went to "the moneyball" appreciated stats, eventually the tide on what costs and doesnt cost could changr as well. But i certainly like the idea, at least it should last for some time

when non-competes are used even indirectly to get around the players rights to maximize NIL they will be stricken down - plus you must give consideration for a non compete for it to be valid

Sticking to an agreement doesn't limit the rights of NIL, it limits the right to steal
