Thread: Unfortunate end to life and legacy for Kyren Lacy

  1. Default Re: For anyone who's interested, Kyren Lacy's attorney's attorney proves:

well, Kyren Lacy was crucified and vilified here just because he became a tiger - he gave us two good years here and left when we did not have the NIL money to compete with the scope of the services he was capable of delivering as a football player - looks like many apologies are in order to the family of Kyren Lacy from those here who participated in the crucification and vilification of Kyren Lacy - i will hang up and wait for this to be made right by the good fans of Louisiana . . .

Looks like the State Police have issued their side. To me, KL indirectly caused the crash because he was traveling at a high rate, in the opposing lane, which freaked out the lady who struck the other vehicle.

maybe we ought to look into our own house before casting stones into the house of another . . .

HTV is trying to get clicks, there are plenty of witnesses that saw how he was driving

Police didn’t include the statement of gold truck’s driver . He clearly stated that he didn’t skid or slam on breaks or anything after the state trooper instructed him to say that he had to slam on breaks to avoid Kyren . The gold truck’s driver also refused to sign the statement because he said that the woman was not paying attention and almost ran into him and that she caused the accident. Think about it… if you aren’t even first in line to have a head on collision with the green charger when why would you “swerve to avoid it”. A simple case of tailgating with a lack of accountability.

there was another vehicle between them so how did she even see him? and if you are trying to avoid someone passing everyone at a high rate of speed why would you swerve in to the "passing lane"? Wouldnt you go to the shoulder?

Wasn't most of his NIL money from lawyers? Does it seem like now lawyers (not sure if same or different) are helping his cause more after than they did before?

Then you're doing the same exact thing the trooper did who caused Kyren's career to be destroyed & getting him tried for a crime which the car data, the video & the main witness who was first in line coming the other way say didn't happen. I'm not saying Kyren didn't attempt to pass too many people at once. I'm not saying he hadn't just done something careless, half a minute before. I'm saying he DID NOT CAUSE that accident & that man's death. he SHOULD NOT have been charged with criminal liability & criminal intent. The woman eating funyuns & more than likely playing on her cell phone hit a driver coming the other way head on because she simply wasn't paying attention to the road. These are the facts. Everyone has a right to their opinion. However, in no way, does that justify everyone's opinion. Especially if it's based on the same old hateful reasoning that because someone is black, they have to be guilty as hell, whether they were involved, or not.

I sat in the parking lot at Albertson's on Ambassador one morning & I watched a lady with a car full of kids, yammering into a cell phone, slam right smack into a guy at the light on Congress & Ambassador without ever slowing down until she creamed the front of her car on his back bumper. The situation was reversed & the supervising cop who showed up acted like he was going to charge me because the woman called me a liar after I shamed her about driving so carelessly with a car load of kids. I've seen it go both ways. It doesn't make it right in either situation. The cop didn't want my written statement & he didn't want to know who I was. He just wanted me gone because he knew I saw the whole thing take place plain as day & he wanted to control the narrative.
