Did he have the weapon in his car that day, and that might be another reason he couldnt stop or was in such a hurry?

Wheels of justice are slow, and sometimes don’t make sense until the process is over. An incident occurred, someone in the incident lost their life. For civil reasons, fault must be put on someone. As often we see on television way too much, someone wants “justice”, which usually means financial compensation.

What happen to KL after this incident, abet a sad chapter, has zero to do with the incident on LA20.

“Yeah buts” have to do with after the fact, not the original incident.

Not an accident, could have been prevented, possibly in multiple ways.
