What's confusing about it? That's how ALL coaching contracts are structured. Meet these requirements and you get an extension. I'm not saying that this one is an automatic, but that's what typically happens.

Personally I’m ok with it, but like many, I’d like to know if any basic benchmarks are in there. 6-6 AKA bowl eligibility should be a base performance goal, not a monetary goal. It’s .500, average.
