Idk man. The error was definitely a factor. But Hermann followed it up with back to back walks and then a grand slam. Then in the next inning got smoked for 3 doubles in the inning. The error hurt but that was a complete crumble on the mound after.

I disagree that was gonna happen, but no use debating it. Doesn’t say much for a team’s mental toughness that 1 error is the difference between the rocking chair and a run rule. Especially a group as experienced as this one. Inexcusable.
