How about give the schools an option to black out the games on espn+ in say a 50 mile radius of campus if they choose?

I would say that while Vandy hasnt been in major bowl contention, they still have the ability to have an impact based on conference/schedule. Meaning they play teams that do impact the national landscape. So they have an opportunity more so than teams that don’t play a meaningful schedule.

Each division has its own championship.
If college football was all major college football, there would be only one championship for all college football.
