P5 football is major college football by whatever entity decided to label football as P5 & G5.
One big reason is the university took the fun out of attending. People were fine with lower talented football without the RCAF money grab. Now, not so much.

I can't help you with that . . . other than to get you to classify each game on the LSU schedule as major college football or not . . . why do you refuse to do that . . . . . . because the group involved already proclaimed that Louisiana does not play major college football . . . so I am trying to figure out what constitutes major college football to this group . . . surely I would think that LSU is a university which plays major college football and they play teams as low as the SWAC this year, they play a Sunbelt team and they play Alabama who I would believe all would say is major college football . . . this would give anyone claiming that Louisiana does not play major college football a fair representation of all football played to make a dividing line between those who play major college football and those that don't . . . but they are apparently scared to participate other than to demean their own university . . .

True. I think in some years the Cajuns schedule can impact the national landscape but with this year’s schedule there isn’t a single game that impacts the national landscape of the cfb playoff or one of the major 6 bowls. That’s just my personal opinion. Good debate to have though.
