    Two observations…so what is the 22 mil priority 5 money for under the same line item heading?

    And second, why does this personally feel like UL/RCAF threw in the towel on fundraising on the stadium?

    Other projects and/or equipment planned for the future in those areas.

    Didn't throw in the towel. It's an election year so simply played the game like everyone else and took the money offered.

    Can't speak to the RCAF question, that is best answered by someone that currently sits on the committee, or chairs it. My understanding is with the current cost of materials and labor, along with the donations committed and raised, the $15M is the funds needed to bridge the gap and get the project started asap.

    So part of politics could of been State’s late to the party 100 million…just sayin’
