I would bet Oklahoma has NIL money. If you can pay your coach more than twice what anyone else is making and are playing for championships every year you can probably find booster money for NILs. They get transfers from other top P5's.

Nobody said anything about entering anyone into the portal. I never listed any website, now you are making ____ up. What was asked is how much does portal viewship cost. I do have access to see who is in the portal. You have no clue who I know and who I know has CajunVic to the portal. You also have no clue who they know. Don't consider me the general public.
