I knew he signed before. I misread “while being recruited.”

Well the exact quote from cajuns80 above was "Marlin has recruited a roster full of injury questions dating back to their high school careers". I just didn't know if there was some more info on some of these I was unaware of. I do remember Russell sitting during the Cuba trip which was before his Freshman year because of the foot injury but I'm not sure if how far that dates back as he was signed in the fall before his senior year as well. As far as I know Cadwell did not tear an ACL in High School, he played full season as both a Junior and Senior.

Point still stands. All hurt before they arrived on campus. Julien will be playing with 2 surgically repaired knees and Russell's injuries seem to be lingering his whole career. Chances are we won't be healthy next year.

I’m not sure what this means and even more so the lead in language. However, here we are.

The most recent on the list is 2011.

    What happened 9 years ago?

    That’s outdated. We had a few crowds of >5,000 in 2016, 2017, and 2018.

    # of home games with 5000+

    2012- 1
    2013- 0
    2014- 0
    2015- 1
    2016- 2
    2017- 1
    2018- 4
    2019- 2

Add 11 games to that mix

I fully agree, I don’t think a few of these guys will ever be 100% recovered. But to state that we have a coach out actively recruiting know injury risks is absurd.

It might be what he doesn’t know that is getting him.

This year, it’s safe to say that ain’t happening.

But with that being said, what would your expectations be for next season with a full healthy roster?
Can’t say I’ve ever seen a UL squad not giving maximum effort in almost every game.

Frankly I don’t understand your love affair with 4th place in the SBC. Even finishing 4th or worse once should send out multiple fire alarms. I mean really looking at the history of the current teams in the SBC is a joke to not consistently be in the top three, and tournament championship every 3-5 years.
