I can't really disagree with anything he's done so far. Every hire and or fire he's made looks like a Home run.

I think Marlin and Broadhead realize that they need to show some big improvement really quickly.

His handling of the lotief issue, and hiring of Glasco, then firing HUD and hiring Napier put him at 9.5, with the Robe/Deggs issue pushing it to 10.

......maybe a better judgement would be it’s being broken down into different areas like fund raising, facilities, hirings, recruiting, conference rankings, etc!!! Think he is doing quite well under an objective critique!

Dr. Maggard is a high performing leader and executing. Still more upside with Dr. Maggard at the helm.

Starting from Hud's season (and employment) ending loss, Lotief, all the personal tragedies for staff in 18-19, hiring of personnel have been solid. Slight upgrade of men's basketball schedule, meh. Both men and women's teams hurt by injuries or "health issues" last year. Volleyball I figure will be addressed next year. Cannot give a honest rating based solely on public perception, we have no clue what hoops he's had to leap thru this year.
