Under his watch the game day/tailgating/student involvement plummeted. He has done things this year to rectify that situation, but that was a major screw up that alienated casual fans. Also, even though we have superior facilities to the rest of the SBC we are still not the top athletic school. Overall our programs sit about the same as they did 5 years ago. Some are better some worse.
His record to new hires has been nothing short of impressive. I would rate a solid 7/8 in job performance, with room for improvement. I am looking for three things. More NCAA births, completion of the master plan and getting us into a better regional conference. Doing 2 of those 3 gets him a 10.
