Not a bad overall record if you don't care about championships or building a quality program. In the best Scott Farmer tradition, it is "comfortable".
I like this information. Anyway you can compare it to our peers? Georgia State, MTSU, etc.

Only 13 top 100 RPI opportunities in 101 games.

How do we fix the number of opportunities so that the stat becomes meaningful?

No team will fair well against top notch competition if they only get 4 opportunities a year almost exclusively on the road.

What is our RPI for every year since Marlin took over? What does that trend tell you?

It has been up and down. No real trend to see. The two best were this year and year 5. I will post them in a bit.

I agree. And when we fired him it wasn’t because of his overall record. It was because he was clearly spinning his wheels.

Marlin is clearly NOT spinning his wheels.

I have started MTSU, but have not finished. Will take a few days in spare moments and post the same breakdown for them.

So, where are the NCAA wins and NIT wins and signature regular season wins?

...which is why I state, Marlin = Bustle.

I don't see anyone calling for Marlins head.....fire a Coach with 27 wins and see how many quality Coaches line up for an interview....

We've got to take the training wheels off of this program.

Schedule like a major program. Learn. Build. Grow. Fail. Repeat until you are Gonzaga or Memphis.
