Not worth it because you have to come back into the mess for a longer distance. Had to do the afternoon travel twice a week on weekdays a couple of years ago to arrive in BR at 5:30. The route I provided was the most consistent with the least amount of time spent in bumper to bumper. The most you are in bumper to bumper is from the "on ramp" to the Miss Bridge off of Hwy 1 and across the bridge as you exit on the bridge to Nicholson.

Bringing daughter on LSU campus tour Wednesday (where did we go wrong as parents?). So we are sticking around for the game.

This is not it. This shows directions going back to interstate at Lobdell and back into the worse bumper to bumper back up on I-10 before the bridge. You have to stay on 76 until you reach HWY 1 on the river then go south to on ramp to bridge.

Let the guys wear whatever the hell they want and just win the damn game. Most of all, I just want to get this week over with. LSU fans ruin sports for me. Let's get on with it and get it over with.
While I'd like to throw it in refineryville a&m's face as much as the next guy, maybe its best to go with a Ragin' Cajun jersey and take the distraction out of the equation. I'm sure audience participation will be at a maximum so just avoid this headache all together.

In regards to our seeding in the NIT, again, we lost 2 of our last 3 to not great teams. The NIT happens to have a really good field this year and we are in the middle of that. I am a little ____ed that LSU finds their way into a 3 seed with barely a winning record but that goes to show you that the committee basically took the highest rated teams not included in the NCAA and seeded them from top to bottom and then just looked at name schools and went with it. I am a little surprised that WKU actually got a better seed than Boston College though.
We had no shot at an at large the day we got blown out at Clemson. Even an undefeated SBC run and a SBC final loss would have not been enough. The SBC is a one bid league. We probably deserve a higher seed, but being a 4 or 5 means you are playing the top seed in round 2. Anyway, none of this matters if Gant and Stove are not available. We will get beat without them.

If Miller chills on the 3's, Russell and Marquetti play well, they work it inside (driving / passing inside) when the 3's don't fall, and PJ/stalculp/etc get more playing time we keep it close IMO. If they throw a zone on us and we don't adapt, I see us getting into a deep hole quickly.

I am interested in seeing how we will handle the deeper 3 point line. Both UL and A&M shot a lot of 3's so not sure who it will benefit or hurt.

Not sure how this will work. Teams will not have enough time to repaint the court with new 3 point line and wider free throw lane

I'm not a huge fan of the candy cane jersey's we wear in basketball. We wear Louisiana gear for everything else...wear it on Wednesday night too.
    Legacy value.

Use the legacy value in conference play. On a national setting or to play a school like LSU, use LOUISIANA.
