No reason to fear LSU. If Gant is healthy, we will have 4 starters from schools that had much better programs than LSU & Bryce can play with any big guys inside. Having Stove healthy is a important. I do feel that we got screwed with the seeding, so what else is new. It sure would be great to be given a little respect considering our great basketball tradition. Let’s hope we don’t have crappy referees like the UTA game.

All of you can try to minimize LSU...but that’s just internal hatred blinding you...they’re no power unit this year...but keep in mind they’ve got more NCAA appearances along with a Final 4 in the last decade on their resume than we do...go ahead an believe this game doesn’t matter...you’re wrong...

Edit: wrong about Final 4 in last 10 years...but still more than we can brag about...or MTSU...or LaTech...or whoever else we wanna be...

This game matters because its the first game in hopefully a string of games in the NIT. Yeah, it would be nice to give it to LSU but I'm really not all that much more worked up about it than if we were playing Nebraska. I'm still dumbfounded that they somehow got in and with a 3 seed. This year's field is strong and I certainly wouldn't have figured that. It's pretty simple. You don't like being in the NIT or you are still ____ed about missing out on the NCAA, just don't watch the game. Also, do everyone a favor and just not post here. Go watch baseball. It's really easy. You don't like it you don't have to be a part of it.
