I'm starting to think Butterfield is not going to happen. It's a bit weird that he would go through the motions of re-tweeting Napiers tweets and then the last 2 days stop.

Frequently, coaches have one position at team A, and a different one on team B. It's possible the interview was for another position.

Dez at TE was done before Butterfield came in. That makes me feel as though the interview might have been elsewhere.

Director of recruiting research and evaluation.

One of the things I kept harping on about the asst coach salary pool was how many more off the field guys we would be able to add. Having multiple guys handling the leg work for our coaches is going to be huge.
