did you miss where I said he has also coached tackles? That would be an asst OL coach...which is what we have left to hire.

I see Napier added DJ Looney former Mississippi State TE coach on twitter. Also previously coached at Central Arkansas and East Mississippi Community College. I wonder if he could fill that last offensive slot. His previous experience is with tackles and TE so it would make sense.

Not sure where that would leave Butterfield who is retweeting a lot of coach Napier Cajun stuff.

Not 100% up to speed on coaching searches, but I'd think only serious candidates come in to town for face to face interviews. I'm sure initial interviews are done on the phone. Like I said earlier, perhaps Napier decided to go in a different direction.

Frequently, coaches have one position at team A, and a different one on team B. It's possible the interview was for another position.

Dez at TE was done before Butterfield came in. That makes me feel as though the interview might have been elsewhere.
