That was an Alden suggestion from his report. Most of the locals are going to go to the games anyway. This helps get the fans/alumni outside of Acadiana the ability to tune in.
It was pay before and barely anyone subscribed to the service anyway.
The numbers were in his report. Getting broadcast equipment and getting those games on ESPN3 is imperative.
I know troy, app st, GA Southern, UTA already have every single home event on ESPN3. May be others too. Gotta get the brand out there.

I just bought one of those HD 12x12 flat antennas at Home Depot to check it out. I receive about 80 channels for free. Crystal clear. But my wife won't let me drop LUS.....I was kind of skeptical at first about the reception, but the pictures are very HD and don't drop out either....but you have to have one for each TV...It cost $39. With 6 TV's that's $234 plus tax. About 1 1/2 months of LUS. And yes, I watch UL for PC to 65" screen......
